About the Role

Success in this role depends on strong financial and business acumen, collaborative skills in a matrix environment, and a proven record of driving zero‑incident safety, performance results, high‑performance teams, cross‑functional leadership, leader development, and organizational change. Responsibilities include ensuring employee safety in low, medium, and high voltage environments, strict compliance with safety policies, safety training, and acting as a liaison with customers. You will recruit, assess, train, and develop technical staff, providing leadership for technician growth. As a sales and marketing liaison, you will identify new customers, monitor local market trends, and support top‑line sales objectives. Additionally, you will manage procurement, cost control, subcontractor leverage, inventory, receivables, backlog turnover, and handle 24/7 escalation procedures, making sound business decisions when support functions are unavailable. • Lead and develop a remote team of technicians with at least two years of supervisory experience. • Maintain compliance with safety policies and drive a zero‑incident safety culture in voltage work environments. • Recruit, assess talent gaps, and implement training programs to build high‑performance teams. • Act as a sales and marketing liaison to identify prospective customers and support top‑line sales goals. • Oversee procurement, cost control, subcontractor management, inventory, receivables, and project backlog turnover. • Handle 24/7 escalation procedures and make rapid business decisions when support functions are unavailable. • Apply large technical project leadership experience, especially with hyperscale customers.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, have at least two years of supervisory experience, and possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future, and have experience leading a remote team. Strong knowledge of uninterruptible power systems, control products, field‑service practices, quality programs, large technical project leadership, and prior experience with hyperscale customers is required. • Demonstrate strong financial and business acumen within a matrix organization. • Leverage extensive knowledge of UPS systems, control products, field‑service practices, and quality programs.
