About the Role
The Host/Hostess greets members and guests at the entrance, manages reservations and walk‑ins, escorts guests to their assigned tables, and ensures that club policies and service standards are upheld. Additional duties include assisting food and beverage staff and performing any other tasks assigned by management. • Greet members and guests warmly, using names when possible. • Manage reservations and walk‑ins; schedule by phone, email, or in person. • Escort guests to assigned tables and ensure proper seating arrangements. • Thank guests, encourage repeat visits, and uphold club policies and standards. • Assist Food & Beverage staff and perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of experience in a fine‑dining or high‑volume environment, and be able to obtain a State Food Safety Certificate. The role requires extraordinary attention to detail, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays, and the ability to meet physical demands such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Minimum 6 months experience in fine‑dining, high‑volume, or private club setting. • State Food Safety Certificate (or ability to obtain). • Strong attention to detail, quality, and service. • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, excellent communication skills. • Ability to work >8‑hour shifts, lift up to 50 lb, and operate in all weather conditions. • English proficiency required; additional languages a plus.
