About the Role

KBR is recruiting a Fielding Coordinator (Specialist) for its Fort Hood, TX location to support the Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A). The role involves overseeing fielding activities for the customer. • Coordinate Total Package Fielding (TPF) events in accordance with AR 700-142. • Communicate directly with military units to support DA G8 priority fielding guidance. • Conduct New Materiel Information Briefs (NMIB) for senior leaders. • Participate in weekly In‑Process Reviews (IPRs) and coordinate training events.

What You Bring

Candidates must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, a bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration/management, or a technical discipline (preferred), and at least eight years of related experience. Required experience includes coordinating Total Package Fielding events per AR 700‑142, communicating with units to meet DA G8 priority fielding guidance, and delivering New Materiel Information Briefs and participating in weekly In‑Process Reviews. The position will be performed in various settings such as government offices, military bases, and depots. It requires independent mobility, effective communication, and the ability to tolerate prolonged periods of desk work; reasonable accommodations are provided for individuals with disabilities. • Maintain detail‑orientation and strong technical, verbal, and written communication skills. • Hold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance and a bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or a technical field. • Possess at least eight years of relevant experience, including direct TPF coordination and NMIB delivery. • Travel less than 10%, domestic and occasional international.
