About the Role
• Direct engagement with Local Power Companies, End-Use Customers and TVA Program Staff. • Working with Program management on targeted program related tasks. • Executing marketing strategies to include local conferences, webinars and program engagements. • Submitting incentive applications on behalf of program participants. • Attending scheduled program events. • Aiding in overall outreach efforts. • Identifying energy efficiency opportunities. • Conducting program demos and education training. • Be able to maintain a schedule for consistent follow-up communication with local power companies, trade allies and end-use customers. • Will be required to maintain consistent project pipeline and convert opportunities into incentive applications. • Hosting in-person and virtual meetings. • Develop program strategies that aid in supporting area managers and program efficiency goals.

What You Bring
• Possess a valid driver-s license with clean driving record and a reliable vehicle. • Ability reach and monitor performance metrics/KPIs to support program goals. • Must be able to engage with program participants in-person and travel around the territory. • Strong customer service skills to include highly effective communication in person, over email, and over the phone. • Bachelor-s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. • Ability to effectively work across multiple internal functions (engineering, marketing, operations) • Strong speaking skills to help present in-person engagements. • Proficiency with computer and mobile technology devices. • Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with program participants and market partners. • Familiarity/knowledge of electrical energy efficiency core technology areas such as HVAC, lighting, controls, compressed air/etc. • 6+ years of related experience. • Resident of (insert region) or general surrounding region required. Must reside within the TVA footprint. • Must have the ability to quickly learn multiple program rules and requirements, and be able to adapt programmatic changes. • Able to travel by car daily within assigned territory. • Excellent time management skills including the ability to monitor and manage efficiency project progress while seeking additional opportunities for new or repeat customers. • Proficient knowledge of MS Office tools i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Required to learn and use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system or a similar system to effectively track business development activities.
