The Shop Technician (Pump and Power) role is an entrepreneurial, empowering position where you can develop a career track, apply your current skills, and work with an incredible team. The Pump & Power Technician 2 performs basic diagnostics and equipment repairs, focusing on returning equipment to service quickly to minimize downtime. This position requires 3–5 years of experience maintaining pump and power equipment and an EPA Section 608 universal certification. Key knowledge areas include refrigeration, electrical engines and controllers, dehumidification equipment, compressed‑air treatment, generators, power distribution, HVAC, and diesel equipment. You must be able to read electrical schematics and hydraulic flow diagrams and possess hands‑on experience with similar equipment. Physical demands involve bending, squatting, lifting 25 lb or more, and working both indoors and outdoors as required. Reasonable accommodations are available to comply with applicable laws.

The hourly wage ranges from $51.28 to $53.28, depending on the collective bargaining agreement for the location.
