About the Role
The Treasury Analyst supports the company’s banking and cash‑management operations for both new and existing properties. Responsibilities include coordinating with banks and payment processors, onboarding properties to ERP and banking systems, and managing daily deposits, ACH transfers, and cash‑position reporting. The role also serves as a liaison between property managers, third‑party management, and field operations to resolve banking issues and ensure compliance. • Coordinate with banks, credit‑card processors, and third‑party management to enable deposits and payments for new properties. • Prepare and submit boarding and KYC documentation to financial institutions. • Support existing properties with banking tasks such as bank switches, supply orders, and document requests. • Evaluate and implement new treasury management services as needed. • Administer online banking portals and reconciliation software. • Act as liaison between third‑party management, field operations, and banking services. • Prepare daily check deposits for the corporate office. • Fulfill external auditor requests related to treasury functions. • Analyze bank and credit‑card processing fees for managerial review. • Resolve billing errors from banks and credit‑card processors. • Process daily ACH transfers, wire payments, and determine cash‑position investment amounts. • Investigate and respond to fraud‑filter and Positive Pay alerts.

What You Bring
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and at least five years of experience in finance, treasury, or cash management, preferably within a multi‑location business. Strong organization, communication, and attention‑to‑detail skills are required, along with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and familiarity with SAP and Wells Fargo Vantage/CEO are considered a plus.
