About the Role
This senior sales representative is accountable for establishing specifications and technical preference for Crouse‑Hinds and B‑Line products within the assigned region, covering end users, engineering firms, contractors, OEMs, and distributors. The objective is to help meet regional sales targets and increase adoption of new and focused product lines. The position drives overall sales growth, collaborates with internal teams and channel partners, and maintains profitability while controlling costs. • Create specifications and technical preferences for Crouse‑Hinds and B‑Line products, delivering product trainings for LED lighting, controls, apparatus, cable trays, and related portfolios. • Perform lighting audits at strategic end‑user facilities and propose new lighting plans. • Conduct safety trainings for Class 1 Div 1 & 2 environments, demonstrating appropriate GEIS products. • Plan and allocate sales activity time with distributors, major accounts, and key jobs based on sales potential. • Investigate and report on new product opportunities, competitive conditions, and market possibilities for all GEIS products. • Develop and conduct training seminars for end‑users, contractors, agents, direct sales teams, and distributors to grow business and strengthen specification expertise. • Maintain acceptable price/margin levels in the territory and control travel and entertainment expenses. • Coordinate specification activities with the ECH direct sales team and agents to achieve sales objectives and product quotas. • Generate demand for Crouse‑Hinds products across industrial, contractor, constructor, architect/engineer, and government accounts. • Stay informed on competitor products and pricing, continuously increasing knowledge of Crouse‑Hinds advantages. • Conduct user investigations and provide training and support to sales teams and focused distributors. • Assist with integration of product launches. • Meet specific targets for sales, training, and key customer development. • Develop relationships with major distributor partners in the industrial channel and implement growth programs. • Execute share‑gain initiatives resulting from strategic growth programs at major end‑user customers.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in business, marketing, or technical sales, and bring extensive experience in industrial product sales, including at least seven years in the field and ten years of related sales experience in electrical or heavy‑industrial markets. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Technical Sales). • Minimum of seven years of industrial product sales experience. • At least ten years of related sales experience selling into electrical or heavy‑industrial markets.
