Buyer Analyst

About the Role

In this role you will review demand signals and place purchase orders to meet raw‑material component needs, while managing open PO dates and monitoring vendor on‑time delivery. You will maintain data integrity in key system fields, use analytics to spot supply risks and work with suppliers and Strategic Sourcing to develop solutions. Additionally, you will share material‑availability updates with Production Planning, Operations and other cross‑functional teams, analyze inventory levels to optimize component availability, and partner with Strategic Sourcing on replenishment strategies and improvement opportunities. What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field and brings at least three years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or a comparable discipline. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems are essential, as is the ability to leverage data and analytics for forecasting and decision‑making. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed to enable effective cross‑functional collaboration. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or related area. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with ERP/MRP systems. • Strong data‑analysis skills for forecasting and decision‑making. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross‑functional collaboration.
