About the Role
In this role you will review demand signals and place purchase orders to meet raw‑material component needs, while managing open PO dates and monitoring vendor on‑time delivery. You will maintain data integrity in key system fields, use analytics to spot supply risks and work with suppliers and Strategic Sourcing to develop solutions. Additionally, you will share material‑availability updates with Production Planning, Operations and other cross‑functional teams, analyze inventory levels to optimize component availability, and partner with Strategic Sourcing on replenishment strategies and improvement opportunities. Collaboration with Quality teams on return‑material authorizations and regular supplier business reviews is also required. • Review demand signals and create purchase orders for raw material components. • Manage open purchase order dates, monitor vendor on‑time delivery, and support vendor development. • Maintain data integrity in key system fields to ensure accurate demand signaling. • Use analytics to identify supply risks and collaborate with suppliers and Strategic Sourcing on solutions. • Communicate material‑availability updates to Production Planning, Operations, and cross‑functional teams. • Analyze inventory levels to optimize raw material component availability. • Partner with Strategic Sourcing on replenishment strategies and improvement opportunities. • Collaborate with Quality teams on return material authorizations and conduct regular supplier business reviews.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field and brings at least three years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or a comparable discipline. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems are essential, as is the ability to leverage data and analytics for forecasting and decision‑making. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed to enable effective cross‑functional collaboration. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or related area. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with ERP/MRP systems. • Strong data‑analysis skills for forecasting and decision‑making. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for cross‑functional collaboration.

The position offers a transparent compensation range of $62,900 to $116,900, with eligibility for additional incentives based on performance.
