Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property managers work independently across multiple locations, both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions and sell packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies • Conduct daily unit inspections to verify inventory and availability • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits • Make payment reminder and collection calls to keep accounts current • Lift or move items up to 35 lb; walk outdoors up to 50 % of shift, climb stairs, open large doors • Perform cleaning and maintenance: sweep, mop interiors, maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities spending up to 50 % of time outdoors, climb stairs, and open large doors. Cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior areas, and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal are also required. Successful candidates typically have customer‑service‑oriented sales experience from retail, restaurant, fast‑food or other service‑based environments. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursement available.
