What You Bring

The Onsite Operations Manager is accountable for executing and completing one or more simultaneous projects, overseeing revenue, profit and loss, employee management, facilities, equipment, and dispatch. This role requires strong project‑management skills and a commitment to safety, as physical demands include lifting 25 lb or more and working both indoors and outdoors. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and have at least three years in the rental equipment or construction industries. Required abilities include mechanical aptitude, proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, internet/intranet tools, and the Wynne system, as well as the willingness to travel as needed. • Prioritize safety; perform physical tasks like bending, lifting 25 lb+, and indoor/outdoor work. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 3+ years experience in equipment rental or construction. • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude and proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, internet/intranet, and Wynne system. • Open to candidates with titles such as Business Manager, Facilities Manager, General Manager, Operations Director, Plant Manager, or Store Manager.

The position offers a base salary range of $65,000 to $102,438, with compensation adjusted for location, education, training, and experience. Full‑time employees receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and various insurance options. Paid time off includes 12–25 vacation days based on service length, five sick days, six holidays, two half‑day holidays, two floating holidays, one inclusion day, and one volunteer day. Benefits become effective on the first of the month after 30 days of employment. • Receive a base salary of $65,000–$102,438, adjusted for location, education, and experience. • Eligible for comprehensive benefits: health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and various insurance plans.
