About the Role
In this senior role you will drive the pursuit, win, and execution of healthcare projects, develop business plans, and oversee the regional healthcare team to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth. • Build and lead a regional healthcare staff to deliver life‑science projects. • Coordinate execution of all life‑science activities in the assigned region. • Generate new revenue and expand existing revenue streams within the Healthcare market focus. • Develop and deepen networks with prospective clients, architects, PM/CM firms, and general contractors. • Track leads for major pursuits, forecast project pipelines, and develop winning strategies and teams. • Stay abreast of market trends and keep team members at the technical forefront of practice areas. • Collaborate with GEO Directors for staffing decisions and project pursuits. • Ensure technical excellence of project delivery and resolve complex technical or financial issues. • Actively engage in client or partner complaint resolution to drive issues to conclusion. • Lead strategic recruitment of senior staff with market‑specific experience. • Represent the firm as an industry expert through speaking engagements, publications, and white papers. • Achieve a revenue generation goal of $1–2 million annually over a two‑year average.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (experience may substitute). • Possess 10+ years of healthcare design experience, including at least 5 years in consulting engineering or A/E firms. • Demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of management experience and 7+ years of business development for engineering. • Maintain thorough knowledge of MEP systems; PE registration is highly desired. • Exhibit strong team‑player abilities, independent work ethic, and excellent organizational skills.
