About the Role
The Talent Sourcer role focuses on building the top of the recruiting funnel by identifying, engaging, and attracting qualified candidates for current and future openings. Working with a global team of more than 30 recruiters, the sourcer supports technical hiring in high‑growth sectors and drives candidate delivery through both individualized sourcing and large‑scale campaigns. • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, ATS data, professional associations, Boolean searches, social media, boomerangs, and employee referrals. • Conduct candidate outreach via cold calling, texting, email, and other media. • Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future talent needs. • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers in intake meetings to understand role requirements, team culture, ideal candidate profiles, and the competitive landscape. • Engage candidates through personalized outreach and maintain relationships to sustain interest. • Track and report sourcing metrics, pipeline health, and market insights. • Stay current on industry trends, emerging sourcing technologies, and competitive talent landscapes. • Drive innovative thinking by exploring and implementing AI‑based tools to accelerate the sourcing process.

What You Bring
Successful candidates will have at least five years of sourcing or talent‑acquisition experience, strong expertise in Boolean search and sourcing platforms, and the ability to research, analyze, and engage talent in competitive technical markets. They must be organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and possess excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. • Minimum 5 years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience, preferably in corporate or agency settings with a focus on technical roles, ideally in the AEC industry. • Expertise in sourcing technologies, Boolean search, and candidate engagement; proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/ATS systems, and social platforms. • Strong research and analytical skills to identify talent in competitive markets. • Highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented. • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. • Ability to interpret technical job descriptions and translate them into effective search strategies. • Persistence and creativity in candidate engagement. • Understanding of employer branding and its impact on outreach effectiveness.
