What You Bring
• Minimum 3 years experience as a TMA Operator with a current TMA ticket • Valid Traffic Control tickets and Construction Induction Card • Current HR/MR truck licence (minimum requirement) • Strong safety mindset aligned with Downer’s Zero Harm initiatives • Ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders • Availability for night shifts, emergency call‑outs and weekend work • Proficient with tablets and smartphones for technology‑based tasks
