About the Role

The Project Manager will guide projects from inception through design, procurement, site delivery and commissioning, acting as the primary client interface and ensuring alignment with objectives, budgets and schedules. • Lead Risk Triggering Factors (RTF) projects and ensure their successful delivery. • Plan, direct, and supervise moderately sized projects with moderate risk, complexity, and financial impact. • Collaborate with project management colleagues to deliver capital investment projects smoothly. • Support operational efficiency of the AECOM project management team. • Advance projects through RIBA Stages 0 through 7. • Serve as the day‑to‑day client liaison, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication.

What You Bring

Candidates should have experience in primary healthcare and education markets, hold a post‑graduate qualification related to project management, construction, engineering or quantity surveying, and be pursuing Chartered status with a recognized institution.
