About the Role
The Soft Service Manager role in City Name’s Property and Asset Management team oversees housekeeping, pest control, façade cleaning, and horticulture, while actively addressing client concerns using domain expertise. Key duties include managing cleaning operations in common areas, conducting daily rounds to identify needs, creating work plans and schedules, briefing staff each shift, and establishing operational standards and procedures. The manager also maintains budget records, prepares regular reports, oversees inventory and procurement, plans quarterly beautification projects, manages landscaping, and supervises vendor contracts and compliance. • Manage housekeeping, pest control, façade cleaning, and horticulture services. • Conduct daily inspections, identify cleaning needs, and ensure timely resolution. • Develop work plans, schedules, and assign tasks to cleaning and maintenance teams. • Brief and debrief staff on duties, areas, and special instructions each shift. • Establish and enforce operational standards, SOPs, and compliance procedures. • Maintain budget records and prepare DMR, MMR, and quarterly business review reports. • Manage inventory of supplies and equipment; order as needed. • Plan quarterly beautification projects and coordinate festival/event setups. • Oversee landscaping and gardening activities. • Supervise vendor contracts, compliance, and attendance. • Ensure staff discipline, appropriate attire, and professional etiquette. • Facilitate staff training, skill development, and employee relations. • Develop and improve processes, checklists, and SOPs. • Provide accurate cost estimates and manage budgets effectively. • Foster an inclusive, entrepreneurial work environment. • Provide opportunities for training and professional development.

What You Bring
Reporting to the Property Manager, the role requires a degree or diploma in housekeeping/hospitality, 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, excellent English communication, and proficiency with MS Office. • Hold a degree or diploma in housekeeping/hospitality. • possess 5–7 years of relevant soft‑services experience. • Demonstrate strong analytical, meticulous, and problem‑solving abilities. • Exhibit excellent oral and written English communication skills. • Proficiency with MS Office and related software.
