About the Role

The successful candidate will work alongside a highly skilled team, delivering information‑management strategies from the strategic to the project level for global clients. This role offers exposure to cutting‑edge tools and techniques used worldwide. • Implement and configure Common Data Environments (CDE), including metadata, permissions, folder structures, and workflows. • Manage user accounts, invitations, and security groups for CDE systems. • Support creation of project documentation and client requirements. • Assist in developing Information Standards by defining CDE requirements. • Update and adjust CDE configurations to accommodate new teams and evolving work methods. • Monitor document compliance through established workflows and conduct quality assurance audits. • Track workflow progress, report outstanding reviews, and resolve blockers. • Produce regular progress reports and respond to ad‑hoc reporting requests. • Conduct audits of file naming, storage locations, and user access, delivering compliance reports to stakeholders. • Serve as primary point of contact for CDE queries and issues, interfacing with project teams and stakeholders. • Deliver regular training sessions, maintain training logs, and provide user guides for CDE usage. • Provide advanced training for super‑users and administrators on complex CDE functionality. • Generate ad‑hoc reports on system usage, compliance, and user activity.

What You Bring

We lead Document Control at organisational, programme and project levels through discovery, client adoption strategy, compliance checking and ISO 19650‑based CDE setup. Expertise across a wide range of CDE tools enables efficient and compliant information management. • Hold at least three years of experience as a Document Controller. • Familiarity with BIM concepts and ISO 19650 (especially Part 2) standards. • Experience administering CDE/EDMS platforms such as SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex, ViewPoint, Asite, or Dalux. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and optional advanced CDE features (e‑procurement, ACC Take‑off). • Demonstrated ability to work independently, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and lead meetings and workshops. • Methodical, inquisitive, and confident in challenging others. • Degree‑level education or equivalent demonstrable workplace experience.
