About the Role
The Part‑Time Cleaner works the 2nd shift (5 PM‑11 PM, Monday‑Friday) for C&W Services under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor. The role involves sweeping, mopping, and washing interior floors, using both light and heavy commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines, vacuuming rugs, dusting furniture and fixtures, cleaning interior glass and windows, and maintaining restroom cleanliness and supplies. Additional duties include emptying waste baskets, collecting building trash, replacing liners, shoveling snow from entrances and walkways, and performing periodic tasks such as high‑dusting, leather and wood polishing, and wall washing. • Sweep, mop, and wash interior floors daily • Operate commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas • Clean interior windows, glass, and door trims • Maintain restroom cleanliness and restock paper supplies • Empty waste baskets, replace liners, and collect building trash • Shovel snow from steps and walkways when required • Perform periodic high‑dusting, leather and wood polishing, and wall washing

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $10.20 to $12.00 per hour, with the company guaranteeing at least minimum wage.
