About the Role
Interns will assist the VAS team with database research, expert interviews, on‑site inspections, client meetings, and general data‑entry tasks, gaining exposure to commercial real‑estate valuation processes. • Conduct extensive database research and analysis for the VAS team • Perform telephone interviews with commercial real‑estate appraisal experts • Participate in on‑site property inspections and client meetings • Provide data‑entry and clerical support to professionals • Assist in preparing valuation reports and related documentation

What You Bring
Candidates must be enrolled at a four‑year university, majoring in finance, real estate, accounting, mathematics, economics, computer science, or a related field, and demonstrate strong academic performance and communication skills. Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a genuine interest in a commercial‑real‑estate career are required; visa sponsorship is not provided. • Currently enrolled in a four‑year university pursuing a relevant major • Maintain outstanding academic achievement and include GPA on resume • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Self‑motivated with strong communication and diligence
