About the Role
• Independently develop and grow the Data Center vertical across the United States. • Create and execute a comprehensive go‑to‑market plan with commercial leadership support. • Focus 100 % on customer engagement and sales, leveraging dedicated estimating, project management, and service teams. • Deliver integrated product and service solutions to end users, integrators, and contractors, fostering lifecycle relationships. • Establish Thomson Power Systems’ brand presence and build key stakeholder relationships within the vertical. • Expand the direct customer base while maintaining strong partnerships. • Represent Regal Rexnord’s values and conduct business in line with company vision, mission, and policies.

What You Bring
• Minimum 5 years of successful outside sales experience in the Data Center sector. • Proven track record of strategic sales initiatives driving revenue and margin growth. • Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time to customer sites within the territory. • Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship. • Strong closing skills, customer‑focused mindset, and ability to build value‑based relationships at all organizational levels. • Experience in the Power Management industry. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering. • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM. • Hands‑on, resource‑full, continuous‑improvement orientation. • No sponsorship; candidates must have U.S. work authorization.

Benefits
The compensation package includes a target base salary between $100,000 and $140,000, a 30 % target bonus, unlimited commission, and a car allowance.
