About the Role

The role has overall responsibility for leading a Maintenance team in achieving repair and maintenance activities, safety standards, legal requirements and customer requirements. It coordinates with all manufacturing and service groups to meet customer demands and drives performance to achieve or exceed financial plans and strategic goals. • Lead the maintenance team to deliver repair and maintenance activities while meeting safety, legal, and customer standards. • Coordinate with manufacturing and service groups to satisfy customer demand. • Drive performance to meet or exceed financial plans and strategic goals. • Effectively deploy LOTO, TPM, and OEE methodologies.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold an HND or equivalent in Engineering, preferably with an electrical bias, and have completed a recognised industry apprenticeship. IOSH Managing Safely certification, multiple years of professional supervisory/managerial experience, and knowledge of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations are required. Competency in deploying LOTO, TPM and OEE is essential, while knowledge of injection moulding machines, power presses and high‑speed automation is preferred. The role requires analytical thinking, an ethical mindset, strong organisational abilities, multitasking and problem‑solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication with good presentation abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the capacity to plan and execute own work initiatives. • Hold an HND or equivalent in Engineering, preferably electrical, and a recognised industry apprenticeship. • Possess IOSH Managing Safely certification. • Have multiple years of professional supervisory or managerial experience. • Demonstrate knowledge of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. • Know injection moulding machines, power presses, and high‑speed automation (preferred). • Exhibit strong analytical thinking, ethical mindset, and organisational skills. • Communicate excellently, both verbally and in writing, with good presentation abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of planning and executing own work initiatives.
