About the Role
As the Supply Chain Localization Leader, you will lead and execute an integrated Supply Chain Localization strategy under the UAE Unified ICV Program v4.0, shifting sourcing from import‑heavy to locally optimized. You will drive measurable ICV uplift, ensure compliance with MOIAT and ADNOC frameworks, and spearhead facility optimization projects across the UAE to enhance operational efficiency and local value creation. • Develop and execute the UAE supply‑chain localization strategy targeting ICV‑certified suppliers for goods manufactured and third‑party spend. • Perform spend diagnostics and map high‑spend categories to UAE‑made alternatives. • Partner with local suppliers and lead supplier development programs, including training and ICV certification support. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align localization initiatives with business goals. • Ensure compliance with MoIAT and ADNOC ICV frameworks and support internal/external ICV audits. • Identify and lead facility cost‑optimization projects across the UAE Baker Hughes business.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, procurement, or business. • Minimum 5 years of supply‑chain experience, preferably in oil and gas. • Strong knowledge of MoIAT and ADNOC ICV frameworks. • Proven experience in supply‑chain localization or supplier development. • Analytical, data‑driven decision‑making and ability to influence within a matrix organization. • Excellent executive communication skills.
