About the Role

The role leads Agile delivery for cross‑functional product teams focused on customer‑centric digital experiences. It drives continuous improvement, facilitates Scrum ceremonies, and ensures alignment with business outcomes while promoting White Cap’s TRUSTED values through teamwork, transparency, and dependable execution. You will identify key barriers, apply problem‑solving skills to complex situations, and make decisions under uncertainty with limited guidance. The position may oversee project planning, assignment, monitoring, and review, and contributes to professional development without hiring authority. • Facilitates Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Coaches associates on Agile principles to promote self-organization and continuous improvement. • Removes impediments and shields the team from distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals. • Tracks Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and throughput to identify improvement opportunities. • Collaborates with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with customer value. • Coordinates delivery milestones across teams and vendors to manage dependencies. • Promotes transparency through regular reporting of progress, risks, and blockers. • Supports quarterly planning and alignment to business OKRs. • Advocates for Agile maturity and facilitates change to optimize workflows. • Partners with stakeholders across IT and business to integrate feedback into delivery cycles. • Guides estimation and planning efforts to produce reliable forecasts. • Champions a culture of feedback and adaptation through retrospectives. • Supports scaled Agile practices and organizational transformation efforts. • Encourages a product mindset focused on measurable impact and experimentation.

What You Bring

Work is performed in a comfortable indoor setting with mostly seated tasks and frequent opportunities to move. Occasionally you may lift light items, and travel is limited to less than 10% overnight. Typically requires a BS/BA in a related discipline with 8+ years of experience, or an MS/MA with 5+ years. Certain certifications are required depending on the area. Preferred candidates have extensive Scrum Master experience building e‑commerce sites, at least 7 years in digital or eCommerce environments, and hold a Scrum Master certification. Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence are essential. The role can be remote or hybrid; candidates in the greater Atlanta area will work two days per week on‑site at the Doraville Field Support Center. • Demonstrates unwavering commitment to service and dependable delivery standards. • 8+ years of related experience with a BS/BA (or 5+ years with an MS/MA). • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe) required. • 7+ years as a Scrum Master in digital/eCommerce environments. • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills. • Proficient with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and reporting dashboards. • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a matrixed organization.
