About the Role
Key responsibilities include tank cleaning, oil‑spill cleanup, drum handling, decontamination, sweeping, shoveling, high‑pressure washing, and other remedial activities in confined spaces such as manholes. The technician responds to customer spills and emergencies during normal business hours and after hours, maintains equipment and work sites, and ensures all work is performed safely and efficiently in compliance with safety policies. • Provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. • Offer health care and dependent care spending accounts. • Offer Employee and Family Assistance Program (EAP). • Provide Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).

What You Bring
The Environmental Services (ES) Field Technician I works under close supervision, receives detailed work instructions, and applies basic judgment to resolve routine issues. The incumbent troubleshoots basic problems, identifies deviations from accepted practices, and performs operational functions related to emergency response, hazardous and non‑hazardous spill clean‑up, and hazmat decontamination. Preferred qualifications include the ability to read, write, and comprehend operational, technical, safety, and quality documents, as well as knowledge of chemicals and safety data sheets. Candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude, mental resilience, attention to detail, proficiency with light tablet/PC use, and skill with hand and shop tools. A current confined‑space entry certificate or the ability to obtain one, and a valid driver’s license where required, are also desired. Minimum qualifications are 0‑2 years of relevant experience, experience with light and heavy equipment, and the ability to respond to hazardous and non‑hazardous emergencies. Applicants must be able to pass 40‑hour HAZWOPER training upon hire and lift objects up to 50 lb. The role may require a valid driver’s license depending on location.
