Cleaner, Part Time- 2nd Shift

About the Role

Core responsibilities include daily interior cleaning such as waste removal, floor vacuuming/shampooing, dusting, restroom restocking, wall washing, floor mopping, and window cleaning. The role may also encompass exterior upkeep of building surfaces, parking areas, walkways, landscaping, pools, and stairwells, as well as minor maintenance tasks like painting, bulb replacement, door repairs, and simple plumbing. • Clean interior spaces: empty waste, vacuum/shampoo floors, dust furniture, restock restrooms, wash walls, mop floors, clean windows. • Perform exterior cleaning: walls, windows, parking lots, walkways, gardens, pools, curbs, exterior stairs. • Assist with minor maintenance: replace bulbs, paint, repair doors/gates, simple plumbing, move furniture. • Handle special tasks: gardening, lawn care, inventory ordering, snow removal, tenant moves. • Report spills, emergencies, and facility issues promptly. • Operate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.

What You Bring

The position requires a high‑school diploma or equivalent, with some cleaning experience preferred. Candidates must understand safe handling of cleaning agents and equipment, be willing to work evenings or weekends on call, and demonstrate reliability, organization, flexibility, and teamwork. Work is performed in a professional office environment with regular travel between properties and exposure to varying outdoor conditions. Physical demands include standing for most of the shift, climbing stairs, lifting up to 25 lb, and operating cleaning machinery safely. • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. • Prior cleaning experience preferred. • Knowledge of safe use of cleaning agents and equipment. • Ability to work evenings, weekends, or on-call for emergencies. • Reliable, observant, organized, flexible, courteous. • Capable of lifting/moving up to 25 lb regularly.
