About the Role

The Property Manager (CRE) oversees the management of one or more client properties, ensuring that all obligations outlined in the management agreement are met. This role drives effective lease administration, monitors collections, and coordinates default proceedings while maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Leadership of the property team is a core component, encompassing hiring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative environment. The manager develops and executes comprehensive inspection schedules and prepares operating and capital budgets, monitoring variances and handling CAM reconciliations. Additionally, the manager negotiates vendor contracts, abstracts lease data, and serves as the liaison between owners, accounting, and tenants to guarantee accurate reporting and timely construction project delivery. • Manage lease administration, monitor collections, and coordinate default proceedings • Ensure compliance with property management policies, codes, regulations, and governmental directives • Provide leadership to property staff, including hiring and performance management • Develop and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual property inspections • Create and manage operating and capital budgets, track variances, and oversee CAM reconciliations • Bid, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts in line with company and client requirements • Abstract lease information accurately using lease administration software • Liaise with third‑party owners and accounting teams to maintain contract compliance and reporting • Coordinate tenant and building construction projects to ensure timely completion • Participate in leasing and client meetings to facilitate effective communication • Maintain positive relationships with tenants, external clients, and internal stakeholders • Apply problem‑solving and analytical abilities to resolve issues

What You Bring

The position operates primarily within a professional office setting, utilizing standard equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers, with regular travel required between properties. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, and occasional use of stairs, ladders, or step stools in varying weather conditions. While the role is seated for the majority of the day, occasional outdoor activities are necessary to fulfill responsibilities. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, possess at least three years of property management experience, and ideally have certifications such as CPM, RPA, or CSM. A real‑estate license, strong financial acumen, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office are also required. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills • Exhibit leadership, teamwork, and time‑management competencies • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline (preferred) • Minimum three years of real‑estate property management experience • CPM, RPA, or CSM designation (or in process) and a real‑estate license • Proficiency in finance, building operations, and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to analyze, prioritize, delegate, and manage teams of professionals and vendors
