About the Role
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for exterior maintenance duties, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and minor roofing repairs, to ensure the communities managed by Associa remain safe and well‑maintained. • Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems to ensure efficient operation. • Complete exterior carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and minor roofing repairs. • Clean and repair fixtures such as lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains. • Operate and maintain the company‑issued vehicle, including routine service and oil changes. • Follow OSHA, state, and local safety regulations and maintain proper documentation. • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers via phone, email, and in‑person. • Provide own basic tools as needed for job performance.

What You Bring
• Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently or as part of a team. • Use basic hand and power tools (drill, saw, screwdriver, hammer, level) and a smartphone for reporting. • Safely work at heights up to 24–28 ft and lift/carry up to 20 lb regularly.

Benefits
This hourly position pays $25–$30 and requires a high school diploma or GED plus 3–5 years of directly related experience. Travel between sites may be required (no overnight stays), and the role involves typical outdoor work year‑round with occasional overtime on an on‑call rotation.
