About the Role
The Executive Facility – Technical is responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the facility. This role focuses on the upkeep of electrical equipment and ensuring the safety of personnel and the premises. Key duties include regular communication with staff across all departments and subsidiaries to disseminate health, safety, and policy information promptly. The incumbent will manage and audit safe and efficient maintenance, statutory inspections, and compliance for all facilities, including fixed electrical installations, emergency systems, and building infrastructure, while providing regular reports. The role also requires maintaining building‑related records, service agreements, and log books, inspecting both critical and non‑critical equipment, and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Operations Manager. • Maintain and service electrical equipment ensuring safety of people and facility. • Communicate health, safety, and policy updates to staff at all levels and subsidiaries. • Manage and audit maintenance, statutory inspections, and compliance of electrical installations, emergency systems, and building infrastructure. • Keep building records, service agreements, log books, and equipment checklists up to date. • Inspect and monitor critical and non‑critical facility equipment. • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operation reports to the Operations Manager.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering and have 5–6 years of relevant experience. Compensation is market‑competitive. • Hold a Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. • Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a similar technical facility role.
