About the Role
As a Service Technician you will maintain both interior and exterior property standards, address resident maintenance needs, and participate in an on‑call schedule that may include nights and weekends. • Troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. • Ensure interior and exterior property meet company standards and applicable laws. • Respond promptly to maintenance tickets. • Follow up with residents and office staff on work status. • Participate in on‑call rotation with night and weekend flexibility.

Successful candidates will have a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, be located within a short commute, and bring relevant certifications or experience to the role. • Hold an active, valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. • Live within a 30‑minute commute to the properties. • HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred. • High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of related experience, or equivalent education.
