Senior Scheduler - Data Center Construction

About the Role

• Travel regularly to the construction site. • Collaborate daily with stakeholders, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. • Develop and maintain detailed end‑to‑end construction schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau. • Incorporate schedule data from vendors, suppliers, engineering and construction teams into planning systems. • Implement project planning and scheduling strategies aligned with company and contractor expectations. • Work with project managers and subcontractors to preserve schedule integrity. • Provide interface and quality assurance for schedule performance tracking and reporting. • Consolidate multiple schedule inputs into a master schedule and deliver status reports. • Prepare and update client progress reports, including IMS contributions to monthly reports. • Generate high‑level look‑ahead reports (1, 3, 6 months) from P6. • Perform probabilistic and trend analysis on integrated and contractor schedules. • Monitor and communicate potential schedule‑impacting issues. • Conduct critical path and schedule risk analyses for project and program. • Analyze baseline deviations, identify bottlenecks, and propose corrective actions. • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities.

What You Bring

The firm is hiring an experienced Senior Scheduler to join its data‑center team for a major construction project in Rayville, Louisiana. The role requires full‑time onsite presence, the ability to quickly adapt to a fast‑paced environment, and independent initiative while maintaining strong relationships with clients and the general contractor. Candidates local to the area or willing to relocate are preferred, with a per‑diem available for those who cannot relocate. • Located near Monroe, LA or willing to travel five days weekly to Rayville, LA. • Strong expertise in Primavera P6 (baseline development, updates, variance, critical path analysis, reporting). • Experience supporting or maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). • Mission‑critical or data‑center construction background (preferred). • Experience with vertical building construction, including commissioning and closeout sequencing. • Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing dependencies. • Project Controls background is a plus. • Ability to work independently and collaborate with client and contractor teams. • Capability to create concept‑level schedules from limited data and manage multiple inputs. • Proficiency in Tableau and advanced Excel for schedule analysis and reporting. • Experience with Power BI for dashboards and trend analysis. • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills. • BS in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). • PSP (AACE) and/or EIT certification preferred.
