About the Role

The role involves providing visionary strategic leadership for large, complex commercial and mixed‑use greenfield projects and driving the development of project frameworks aligned with company objectives and best practices. It also requires building and maintaining senior‑level client relationships, mentoring and developing high‑performing project teams, and overseeing comprehensive financial management to ensure profitability. We are seeking an accomplished and seasoned Project Director with over 20 years of experience in overseeing commercial and mixed-use greenfield projects. This role demands a strategic leader who can leverage their extensive expertise and relationships to deliver high‑profile projects that align with our firm’s and our clients' exacting standards of quality, sustainability, and innovation. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field, with a master’s degree or MBA highly desirable. Candidates must have over 20 years of progressive project management experience in commercial and mixed‑use greenfield projects, a proven track record of delivering large‑scale, high‑value projects on time and within budget, and deep knowledge of the Mumbai real‑estate landscape. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills, as well as proficiency with advanced project‑management software and analytical tools, are essential. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field; Master’s/MBA highly desirable. • 20+ years progressive experience managing commercial and mixed‑use greenfield projects. • Proven record of delivering large‑scale, high‑value projects on time, within scope and budget. • In‑depth knowledge of Mumbai real‑estate regulations, economics and industry trends. • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and relationship‑building abilities. • Proficiency in advanced project‑management software and analytical tools.
