About the Role

The Senior Project Manager role at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group will oversee design‑build/engineer‑procure‑construct projects, managing the prime contract, engineering, design, procurement, scheduling, and construction teams. The Sr. PM supervises field operations, may work on‑site temporarily, and audits subcontractor work for contract compliance. The Sr. PM is accountable for directing integrated DB/EPC teams from inception through completion, coordinating engineering design and construction activities, managing contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards, and maintaining communication with customers to resolve disputes and deliver project performance reports. • Lead integrated Design‑Build/EPC teams from project start through completion. • Direct engineering design and construction activities, ensuring alignment with customer goals. • Administer the prime contract, subcontracts, and purchase orders, and manage change orders. • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the project. • Oversee project performance planning, execution, and reporting, including monthly progress and budget forecasts. • Serve as primary liaison with customers to maintain communication and resolve disputes. • Supervise Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers, coordinating with Construction Managers and safety representatives. • Respond to and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) and conduct value‑engineering reviews. • Develop and monitor procurement status, coordinate local bidding, and approve subcontract and PO invoices. • Create and maintain project schedules, Schedule of Values, and progress payment submissions. • Conduct auditing and inspection of subcontractor work for contract compliance and prepare audit reports. • Lead project close‑out, warranty administration, and post‑construction cost review. • Mentor and train junior staff to build high‑performing teams.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and have at least 10 years of construction project management experience, preferably with DB/EPC power delivery projects. Required skills include self‑starting attitude, team leadership, problem‑solving, strong communication, familiarity with Primavera P6, and deep knowledge of power delivery, safety, quality, and environmental practices. • Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field. • Bring 10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably on DB/EPC power delivery projects. • Demonstrate strong problem‑solving, team‑building, and communication skills. • Proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and familiar with estimating and scheduling processes. • In‑depth knowledge of power transmission, distribution, substation construction, safety, and QA/QC practices. • Travel up to 50 % of the time as project needs dictate.
