About the Role
• Deliver high‑quality manicures, pedicures, and specialty nail services tailored to guest preferences • Provide personalized treatment, product, and after‑care recommendations • Anticipate member needs and offer discreet, world‑class service • Perform nail shaping, cuticle care, massage, polish application, nail art, and enhancements • Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and luxury spa offerings • Follow state board regulations and club sanitation policies; keep workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked • Sterilize tools and equipment before and after each service • Collaborate with Spa & Wellness colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and assist with scheduling, setup, and guest flow • Educate members on at‑home nail care and recommend high‑end products • Promote club‑approved products and services to achieve retail sales goals • Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with members through consistent, exceptional service

What You Bring
The Madison Club is seeking a Nail Technician to provide luxury nail care services in a private club setting. The role emphasizes high professionalism, artistry, and hospitality while delivering manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and related treatments with meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards. • Hold a current California State Board license as a Nail Technician/Cosmetologist • Minimum two years experience in a luxury spa, resort, or high‑end salon (preferred) • Advanced knowledge of nail care techniques, trends, and product lines • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on discretion • Professional appearance and commitment to luxury club standards • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus • CPR/First Aid certification preferred but not required • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including long shifts during busy periods • Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure • Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods in varied weather conditions
