About the Role
During the week participants will collaborate on a team project from challenge to final presentation, attend workshops that develop teamwork, communication, problem‑solving and professional confidence, and engage in hands‑on engineering and innovation activities. Additional networking sessions and Q&As will connect them with current apprentices, and they will receive practical advice on applying for future Rolls‑Royce opportunities. • Attend a 4‑day insight programme in Derby (3–6 March 2026). • Work on a team project and deliver a professional presentation. • Participate in workshops to build teamwork, communication, problem‑solving and confidence. • Network with current apprentices through Q&A sessions. • Receive advice on applying for future Rolls‑Royce roles. • Complete the “Future Ready Skills” module on Discover: On Demand and upload the certificate.

What You Bring
Applicants must be currently in Year 12, have no specific subject or experience requirements, and be able to commit to all four days, including travel if they are not local. They also need to complete the 45‑ to 60‑minute “Future Ready Skills” module on the Discover: On Demand platform, obtain a certificate and upload it with their application. • Experience hands‑on engineering and innovation activities. • Must be a Year 12 student able to attend all four days.
