About the Role
As a Paint Prepper you will prepare surfaces for painting large industrial signage for commercial businesses. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. The role requires flexibility in work hours, including overtime, attendance at meetings and training, and safeguarding company resources. Employees also handle housekeeping tasks such as debris removal, proper storage of materials and equipment, and disposal of hazardous waste. • Prepare surfaces for painting large industrial signage. • Assist with operating painting machines or booths. • Dispose of waste according to environmental regulations and company policy. • Work flexible hours, including overtime as needed. • Attend required meetings and training sessions. • Protect and secure company resources. • Perform housekeeping duties: remove debris, store materials/equipment properly, and dispose of hazardous waste.

What You Bring
