Job Highlights
About the Role
Plan, lay-out and perform all types of Carpentry work in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Work in other crafts at levels appropriate to training and skills as requested by project supervision. • Eliminate waste (waiting, rework, transport, storage, time). • Apply high proficiency in trade mathematics. • Inspect subordinates' work for accuracy, compliance, and corrective action. • Maintain positive relationships with crew members. • Produce high‑quality work safely and productively. • Ensure availability of materials, tools, equipment, and information. • Read and understand drawings, specifications, safety and quality standards; use trade tools/equipment. • Comply with all safety standards and procedures. • Use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, feel objects frequently. • Climb and maintain balance on steel/wood frameworks, stairs, ladders, scaffolds. • Lift, push, pull objects up to 50 lb occasionally. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.

What You Bring
• Have 1‑4 years experience in industrial/commercial construction with in‑depth carpentry knowledge (level I‑Sr.). • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills. • Wear required personal protective equipment (steel‑toe shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, vest). • Reach above shoulder and below waist frequently; stoop, kneel, bend occasionally. • Use phone, computer, email limited for communication. • Move in confined spaces and uneven areas.
