Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple sites, meeting customers to assess storage needs and recommending packing and moving supplies. They perform daily unit inspections to ensure inventory readiness, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls. What You Bring

The position requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to 50 % of the shift walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Candidates should have proven experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food settings.
