About the Role
• Conduct field inspections and verify dimensions, design calculations, and workmanship against standards. • Perform design calculations and review project data for accuracy. • Work under the supervision of a field engineer, project manager, or senior team member. • Communicate effectively with technicians, engineers, contractors, and the public. • Maintain positive communication lines with all stakeholders. • Apply safety philosophy and program to all operations. • Work safely in outdoor environments with hazards such as heights, traffic, and rough terrain.

What You Bring
The position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work nights and weekends as needed across the state, and a commitment to safety on construction sites that may involve heights, traffic, and rough terrain. Physical demands include moderate activity such as walking, climbing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lb, with good visual acuity for reviewing plans. • Available to work nights and weekends as required throughout North Carolina. • Work both independently and as part of a team. • Physical ability to walk, climb, balance, kneel, stand, and lift up to 50 lb; close visual acuity for plan review. • Possess a valid NC driver’s license. • Minimum 2 + years of related experience. • High school diploma. • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities. • Ability to take direction and provide guidance to others.
