About the Role

The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area. This position is for a Utility Cleaner and offers a $26 per hour wage. The role requires high schedule flexibility, with most work performed between 6 p.m. and 2:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, on a full‑time 40‑hour schedule. Staff will be trained and expected to master utility duties such as strip and wax, carpet extraction, scissor‑lift operation, wall painting, and polishing and buffing floors, while also completing regular cleaning as needed. • Provide cleaning and upkeep of assigned areas, including utility tasks. • Perform strip and wax, carpet extraction, scissor‑lift operation, wall painting, and floor polishing/buffing. • Complete regular cleaning duties as needed. • Work full‑time 40 hours, primarily 6 p.m.–2:30 a.m., Monday‑Friday.
