What You Bring
The 304-unit apartment community seeks a dedicated Service Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, takes initiative, and delivers outstanding customer service. The role involves keeping residents’ homes in excellent condition and responding to maintenance requests promptly. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am‑5 pm, with a rotating on‑call schedule and the need to be available for emergency events. The position requires a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and the ability to live within a 30‑minute commute. • Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff about repairs and updates. • Must be available for emergency events; schedule may change. • Active, valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. • Ability to live within a 30‑minute commute of the property. • HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred. • At least one year of related experience or equivalent education and experience.
