About the Role

You will collaborate with project teams to define clear goals, tasks, and milestones, and coordinate scope, budget, schedule, and quality to meet customer requirements. Working alongside the lead Project Manager, you will act as the primary customer contact and resolve escalations. Resources across factories and service teams will be coordinated for successful delivery, while project documentation, risk management, and compliance are overseen. Strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be built, and lessons‑learned initiatives will drive continuous improvement. • Coordinate project scope, budget, schedule, and quality across North American factories. • Act as primary customer contact and resolve escalations. • Manage resources, documentation, risk, and compliance for project delivery. • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Lead remote teams and manage vendors or subcontractors. • Utilize SAP, MS Project, and other project‑management tools.

What You Bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration (or equivalent) is required, along with at least two years of project management experience. CAPM certification is preferred, and the ability to obtain Hitachi Energy APM certification within two years is expected. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead remote teams, manage vendors or subcontractors, and be proficient with SAP, MS Project, and other project‑management tools. Knowledge of transformer manufacturing and the North American energy sector is a plus. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration. • Minimum two years of project management experience; CAPM preferred.
