About the Role
• Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks. • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure consistent flow and readiness. • Gather and synthesize interview feedback, advising hiring teams on selection decisions. • Deliver a consistent, transparent, and timely candidate experience at every stage. • Communicate follow‑up to all candidates, regardless of outcome. • Act as a trusted point of contact, setting expectations clearly and professionally. • Accurately maintain candidate data in the ATS and related systems. • Follow standardized recruiting processes while identifying efficiency improvements. • Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices to elevate outcomes. • Take accountability for hiring outcomes, timelines, and quality of hires. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives. • Contribute to a collaborative TA team focused on results and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred). • 1–3 years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience in a high‑volume environment. • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross‑functional partners. • Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to clarity and professionalism. • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with strong time‑management skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ATS and HRIS systems required (Ashby and ADP a plus).
