About the Role
In this position you will analyse business needs, create flow charts, BPM workflows, and system diagrams, and prepare design documentation that complies with SBD‑IT standards. You will also guide testing, resolve incidents, monitor budget and timeline adherence, and ensure smooth integration of new products into the existing IT landscape. • Analyze business requirements and design software solutions aligned with SBD‑IT standards. • Create and maintain flow charts, BPM workflows, and system diagrams for problem analysis. • Prepare functional and technical design documentation and ensure compliance. • Support testing activities, provide configuration guidance, and resolve technical incidents. • Monitor project execution, reporting budget or timeline deviations promptly. • Integrate new products with existing IT infrastructure and troubleshoot implementation issues. • Develop operating procedures, user manuals, and knowledge‑base articles for ongoing operations. • Collaborate with architecture, application services, infrastructure, and release management teams for seamless deployments. • Capture and transfer tacit knowledge to vendors and internal knowledge‑management systems. • Coordinate with external partners to meet SBD requirements and ensure solution alignment.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate embraces continuous learning, holds an undergraduate degree with 15+ years of experience or a graduate degree with 10‑15 years, and possesses strong leadership skills. Required expertise includes SDLC methodologies, cloud and SaaS technologies, Service Oriented Architecture, IBM i (AS/400) development, SQL/DB2, QAD platforms, and experience with global implementations. • Undergraduate degree plus 15+ years of experience, or graduate degree with 10‑15 years, and proven leadership ability. • Experience with Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, and ITFS project methodologies. • Proficiency in cloud computing (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) and Service Oriented Architecture. • Strong background in IBM i (AS/400) development, including RPG/ILE, CL, DB2/400, and SystemLink/Infor ION. • Advanced SQL skills for DB2, and familiarity with ESB, QAD Progress OpenEdge, and EDI protocols.
