About the Role
The Land Analyst position centers on comprehensive financial analysis for the Division’s business plans, including revenue, profit margins, cash‑flow forecasts, break‑even analysis, ROI and IRR calculations. The role also supports acquisition feasibility, asset pricing, market analysis, budgeting, and acts as a liaison with Corporate Finance to ensure alignment with financial strategies. • Lead financial analysis for quarterly and annual Division Business Plans. • Prepare revenue, profit margin, cash‑flow, break‑even, ROI, and IRR projections. • Conduct feasibility analysis and underwriting proformas for acquisitions. • Perform asset sales pricing and residual value analysis. • Develop and maintain a financial proforma model for community planning. • Collaborate with management to evaluate alternative business scenarios. • Liaise with Corporate Finance to ensure compliance with financial strategies. • Maintain market analysis database and assess competitive pricing and features. • Assist with budgeting, vendor contracts, change orders, and invoice processing.

What You Bring
Candidates should be senior college students graduating by June, preferably studying construction, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field, and must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
