About the Role
Property Managers operate independently across multiple locations, assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. They perform daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls as needed. • Assess customers’ storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections, cash‑drawer audits, and bank deposits. • Make payment reminder and collection calls. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and walk/stand outdoors up to 50% of shift. • Perform routine cleaning, interior sweeping/mopping, and exterior maintenance.

What You Bring
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to 50 % of the shift walking or standing outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Managers also perform routine cleaning, interior sweeping and mopping, and maintain exterior grounds and curb appeal. Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑focused sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or fast‑food operations. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursement provided for travel between sites. • Prior customer‑service or sales experience (retail, restaurant, etc.) required.
