About the Role
In this role you will develop and commercialize innovative Flushable Wipes programs, optimize existing processes, and collaborate closely with R&D, pilot plant, mill operations, marketing, supply chain, and other cross‑functional teams while reporting to the R&D Senior Manager. You will lead by example in safety, ethics, quality, regulatory compliance, and sustainability, while coaching and mentoring junior scientists, influencing without authority, and protecting proprietary technology through patents and trade secrets. • Develop and commercialize Flushable Wipes innovations while maintaining existing processes. • Collaborate with R&D, pilot plant, mill operations, marketing, supply chain, and I&A teams. • Lead by example in safety, ethics, quality, regulatory compliance, and sustainability. • Coach and mentor junior scientists and engineers to enhance technical capabilities. • Conceive, develop, validate, and protect new products, processes, materials, and patents. • Prepare and manage unit budgets, schedules, and internal controls. • Influence cross‑functional stakeholders without direct authority.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree, has at least three years of product or technology development experience, strong communication and scientific experimentation skills, and is comfortable with consumer research and 15‑25% travel; preferred qualifications include an engineering or science degree, five or more years of relevant experience, expertise in tissue processes, design of experiments, data analysis, and high‑speed equipment operation. • Communicate with internal and external customers with integrity and professionalism. • Required: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of product/technology development experience. • Strong communication, scientific experimentation, planning, and consumer research skills. • Ability to guide team members without direct reporting relationship; 15‑25% travel. • Preferred: Engineering or science degree, 5+ years relevant experience, tissue process expertise, DOE, data analysis, high‑speed equipment operation. • Analytical expertise in Quality and Specification Management (PLM) systems.
