About the Role

• Greets and assists owners and guests with luggage, special requests, and deliveries • Monitors the front entrance and arrivals • Provides information on room amenities and property services per brand standards • Maintains an organized, safe, clean front entrance and lobby area • Carries out reasonable requests from management, including assisting other departments

What You Bring

We are seeking an upbeat team member who enjoys helping guests create lifelong memories. • Current and valid state driver’s license • Minimum 6 months customer service experience • Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles • Self‑starting personality with an even disposition • Able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 75 lb; stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; run or jog as needed (with or without reasonable accommodations)
