About the Role

The role involves overseeing construction activities across multiple project sites, ensuring that work aligns with quality, safety, and schedule requirements while coordinating resources and subcontractors. The manager will operate with limited supervision and mentor junior staff in a dynamic, sustainable‑energy environment. • Lead site construction kick‑off meetings and weekly coordination sessions. • Review tender estimates and schedules to identify improvement opportunities. • Prepare RFQ packages and manage subcontractor pricing. • Oversee pre‑mobilization and on‑site mobilization activities. • Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. • Control and validate all change orders on site. • Support Site and Project Managers with documentation and regulatory compliance. • Mentor junior professionals and provide guidance on complex projects.

What You Bring

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field. • Possess 7+ years of construction management experience with strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination skills. • Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and independent decision‑making abilities. • Travel up to 20 % across the United States, Mexico and Canada.
