About the Role
As a Multi‑Family Residential Electrical Supervisor in Raleigh, NC, you will oversee daily operations of residential electrical services. The role involves leading a team of electricians, coordinating projects, and ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. You will provide technical guidance, manage resources, and maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. • Lead, mentor, and supervise residential electricians to ensure high performance. • Plan, organize, and oversee residential electrical projects, handling scheduling, resources, and budgets. • Conduct inspections and enforce quality standards, codes, and regulations. • Serve as primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction. • Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot complex electrical issues. • Enforce safety protocols, conduct safety meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance. • Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, maintaining accurate records. • Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including work orders, invoices, and permits.

What You Bring
The position requires at least four to six years of experience in residential electrical work, with a proven track record in supervisory or leadership roles. Candidates must hold a valid electrician license, possess strong knowledge of codes and standards, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with project management software and a clean driving record are also required. • Minimum 5 years as a residential electrician with supervisory experience. • Valid electrician license and certification where applicable. • Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems, codes, and standards. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
