Operations Support Officer
Support operations, logistics, and stock control for well servicing on Barrow Island.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Report all incidents, near misses, and hazards promptly to your supervisor • Operate all equipment in accordance with company and client policies and procedures • Assist with rig moves and logistics as required • Support mechanics with daily tasks • Coordinate stock control and movement to Barrow Island Warehouse, ensuring QA and AQIS compliance • Maintain storerooms, bin locations, and laydown areas in a clean and orderly condition • Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and certification registers for stored goods • Process paperwork for transfer of parts and materials through Chevron logistics chain • Transport equipment, parts, and materials to rig sites as required • Manage "parts issue" sheets and stock receipt sheets for Supply Department • Process supply non‑compliance reports for Well Servicing Rig Supervisor • Liaise with Supply Department to ensure continuity of supply for rig operations • Complete all mandatory training and reasonable tasks to support Barrow Island operations
