About the Role
The role serves as an on‑site project leader responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects for assigned customers, handling hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, commissioning, and project closeout while maintaining financial results and customer satisfaction. • Lead on‑site projects from planning through closeout, ensuring safety and cost‑effectiveness • Design hardware, program systems, coordinate installations, and commission networks • Manage project financials: costs, billing, collections, and pursue change orders • Direct subcontractors, installers, and technicians while ensuring code compliance • Communicate with customers throughout all phases and handle warranty execution • Oversee material procurement, vendor pricing, and subcontractor payments • Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical assistance to field staff • Deliver project documentation, as‑built and commissioning records, and train owners/operators

What You Bring
Success requires adhering to design standards, communicating technical and business issues, managing material procurement and subcontractor relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, coaching staff, delivering accurate documentation, and training owners/operators. Candidates must hold at least a technical associate degree with two to six years of relevant field experience (depending on level), possess hands‑on experience with access control, fire, video or similar systems, hold appropriate licenses and certifications, demonstrate strong computer skills, and preferably understand project accounting. • Technical associate degree (or equivalent) with 2‑4 years (LSS I) or 4‑6 years (LSS II) field experience • Experience in Access Control, Fire, Video, or related system design and commissioning • Required licenses, certifications, strong PC skills; knowledge of project accounting preferred
